So after reading all the hullabaloo on the list about Vespertine and over-mixed vocals etc, I, too, "got ahold of" the new bjork material, and I have to say, I was immediately struck by the fact that track 7 ('our hands', I think it's called) has its main melody/chord progression DIRECTLY LIFTED from an 8-minute long To Rococo Rot track off of leaf's invisible soundtracks vol2 (97 or thereabouts). So I ask the question; I know she's working with matmos on this thing, and apparently console to some extent, and maybe mark bell as well, but is to rococo rot also involved? Does anyone know, or has there been some sort of egregious theft? i9 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
